DELIVERY: Please be aware that when you order there is a 6-8 week creation period. This means from the time you order, it will take 6-8 weeks to create the piece and then we ship you order. Shipping time is not included in this creation period.

WHY 6-8 WEEKS? : We are not a major factory production company, my team and I are a small group of Fairies that like to make each order special.  In the midst of being a hair loss specialist (which is very demanding schedule), I hand make each piece, and I take great pride in what will adorn your beautiful crown.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your order if you receive a product that you believe is defective. You must contact support 24 hours no later than 72 hours to have a new one created.  Please email support@kanishiafairyhairmother.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the hair back within 7 days in our possession to inspect and determine its quality. It must be untampered. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if you process the hair in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc).
